Polarity Ventures is the AI operator studio behind Catalyst and Oasis. Catalyst scans a ServiceNow instance, maps the current landscape, and builds a 90-day and one-year AI adoption roadmap: where to start with deterministic automation, then where to bring in AI agents with intent. Oasis is the personal AI OS underneath the way the studio works.

Polarity Foundry is the build discipline underneath both systems: idea intake, adversarial specs, shared infrastructure, and pass/fail gates. The thesis is the working notebook in public.
